- DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide. Although, our warehouses are not placed in every nation on the planet. When ordering check the estimated delivery time to have an indication of when the products are arriving. Remember that after placing an order, you will receive a tracking number, check all the information in the tracking page and follow the link to the carrier to get detailed information.

 

- HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?

Always depends where you are from and where the products are produced. very rarely, you might encounter customs fees


- WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours. They are delivered in 1-4 weeks. If they arrive in less than 1 week, don't worry, you were just lucky and the delivery service didn't find traffic. Please check the tracking number you received by email often. 


- HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. In the email you will find a tracking number on which you can check the delivery status. Note that when a product leaves the production country, you will not see any updates until it arrives to the delivery country! Please remember to follow the tracking code in the tracking page to be redirected to the carrier's website, that contains more detailed information.

- HOW TO ORDER ?

Simply choose your items and click the "ADD TO CART" button, start over for each item, then go to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment is made. We will prepare this and send you an order confirmation email.


- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as well as payments via PayPal and Apple Pay. We added also bitcoins for the geeks out there ;)
Checks and transfers are not accepted.

 

- IS THE PAYMENT SECURED ?

Absolutely, our store is completely secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We used the secure payment systems of Stripe and Paypal.


- I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, check the tracking through the order confirmation email. Please remember to follow the tracking code in the tracking page to be redirected to the carrier's website, that contains more detailed information. If not sufficient, contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours. 


- I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

Yes, it's totally normal. To keep your wait as short as possible, we might ship all items separately when they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days. You can check the status of the different packages through the order confirmation email. Please remember to follow the tracking code in the tracking page to be redirected to the carrier's website, that contains more detailed information.


- I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sorry, unfortunately it can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.
